Deutsche Telekom Labs belongs to the central Product & Innovation division of Deutsche Telekom. It is simultaneously a scientific institute organized under private law & associated with the TU Berlin. It was established in 2005 with the aim of refocusing Deutsche Telekom’s R&D activities. In 2006, Telekom Laboratories established its first subsidiary institute at the Ben-Gurion University in Israel.

Now, more than 300 experts and researchers work in the Laboratories: among them 125 Telekom employees, 65 postdoctoral staff and around 80 postgraduates, research students & students from all over the world.

Android on Beagle Board

TI & Embinux are organizing a full day seminar to educate the community on understanding the fundamentals of Android on OMAP3 technology. The focus is to give attendees an opportunity to know (understand) different software blocks of Android, building & integrating the software blocks & executing the same on OMAP3530 based Beagleboard platform. The training covers build procedures, debugging methodologies & validation of Android software stack with examples & demos on Beagleboard.
